RINGANA Sport endurance: My personal experience report - My personal boost moment


After a long day of work, housework, and being a mom, it's not always easy for me to lace up my running shoes or hop on my bike. But that's exactly when I feel like I need this for myself. Exercise is good for me – physically and mentally. And to really stick with it, sometimes I just need the right support.


I've been using RINGANA SPORT endurance during my training for some time now – and I'll be honest: I was skeptical. Do I really need an extra drink?

Today I say: Yes. And exactly this.


I mix it right before a run or workout – usually with 500 ml of water for the isotonic effect. The taste? Super pleasant: fruity, slightly salty, refreshing – and no artificial aftertaste, as is often the case.



What I particularly notice:

I feel more productive and less fatigued during training – especially during longer sessions. My body seems to absorb the combination of carbohydrates and minerals really well. No bloating, no heaviness – just good energy and fluids, exactly when I need them.
