Green smoothie with RINGANA balancing
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
1 scoop of RINGANA Balancing, 1 handful of fresh spinach • 1/2 ripe banana, 1/2 green apple, cored and cut into pieces, 1/4 avocado, 200 ml coconut water or water, juice of half a lime, 1 tsp chia seeds (optional), some ice cubes (optional)
Preparation:
Wash the spinach, slice the apple and banana, and peel the avocado. Place all ingredients—including the RINGANA Balancing—in a blender. Add the coconut water and blend well until the smoothie has a creamy consistency. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add some maple syrup or agave syrup, if desired.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, optionally sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy immediately.

Fresh bowl with RINGANA Antiox dressing

Ingredients (for 1 bowl):
1 cup cooked quinoa or wild rice. Alternatively, 1 handful of baby spinach or mixed leaf salad.
1 small avocado (sliced), 1 carrot (grated), 1/2 cucumber (sliced or diced), 1 small red bell pepper (striped), 1/2 mango or apple (diced), 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds or almonds, 1 handful of sprouts (e.g. alfalfa or arugula sprouts)
1/2 cup chickpeas (cooked) or edamame Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg or grilled tofu cubes
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, 1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 RINGANA PACK Antiox
Preparation:
Cook quinoa or wild rice according to package instructions and let cool. Alternatively, place baby spinach or leaf lettuce in a bowl as a base. Grate the carrot, slice or strip the cucumber and bell pepper. Dice the mango or apple.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, turmeric, salt and pepper well in a small bowl.
Stir in half the contents of a RINGANA pack of antioxidants until the dressing is smooth.
Place the rice in a bowl and arrange the chopped vegetables, fruit and chickpeas decoratively on top.
Top with sprouts and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the bowl.

RINGANA d-eat
Ingredients:
1 sachet of RINGANA d-eat, 1 ripe banana, 1 handful of fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries), 1 handful of baby spinach or kale, 250 ml plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, or coconut milk), 1 tsp almond butter or peanut butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
Juice of half a lemon, A few ice cubes (optional, for freshness)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients, including the RINGANA d-eat powder, into a high-performance blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding a dash of agave syrup or honey (optional). Pour the smoothie into a glass, add a few more ice cubes if desired, and enjoy fresh.
Tips:
You can also add chia seeds or flax seeds to make the smoothie richer in fiber.
